The Las Vegas Grand Prix is one of the most celebrated stops on the Formula 1 calendar, blending world-class racing with the kind of sparkle and spectacle only Las Vegas can deliver. During race week, design isn’t just about how a space looks—it’s about how it makes people feel. Thoughtful environments shape the guest journey, spark emotion, and turn hospitality spaces into places guests genuinely remember.

This year, Blueprint Studios partnered with some incredible industry icons across the circuit to bring ambitious ideas to life. From high-energy hospitality lounges to intimate culinary showcases, every space was crafted with the attendee experience at the center. We designed and produced environments for Gordon Ramsay at F1 Garage, Papi Steak, Cadillac F1 Team, TWG Global, the Turn 3 Club, and The Skybox, while also providing furnishings for Switch, AMEX, Caesars, MGM Rewards, and others. Each project carried its own personality and purpose, offering guests a distinct experience tailored to the moments they came to enjoy.

This blog pulls back the curtain on how our team approached, designed, and produced some of the standout spaces at the Las Vegas Grand Prix—showcasing the intention, creativity, and human-centered thinking behind every detail.

Our Standard for F1 Hospitality

The Las Vegas Grand Prix is unlike any other race—its energy naturally becomes part of the design. For us, the goal was simple and rooted in our founding belief: if it isn’t memorable, it’s invisible.

We tailored every space around what each client wanted their guests to feel. Some needed bold, branded moments. Others wanted something more understated and luxurious for their VIPs. Either way, our focus stayed the same: design with purpose, pay attention to the details, and create environments that people actually enjoy being in.

From layout and lighting to custom features and comfort-driven touches, every decision was intentional. The result: spaces that were authentic to each brand, welcoming to every guest, and built to elevate the race-week experience without ever losing the human element.

Switch. A Bright, Powerful Presence

Switch is known for innovation, speed, and cutting edge technology, which gives the brand a natural synergy with Formula 1. For their Las Vegas Grand Prix Paddock Suite the goal was to provide a setting that reflects their high performance identity.

The Blueprint Studios design team curated furniture and key design elements that brought a clean, polished look to the space. Subtle illuminated features and contemporary finishes added just the right amount of personality, tying the environment back to Switch without overwhelming the experience. The result was a modern, confident hospitality setting, ideal for meaningful conversations around technology, growth, and what’s ahead.

MGM Rewards. A Hospitality Experience Rooted in Las Vegas Luxury

MGM Rewards holds a longstanding reputation in the hospitality world, especially in Las Vegas. Their presence at the Las Vegas Grand PrixPaddock needed to reflect the high value of their members while also capturing the excitement of the city during race week.

We leaned into a variety of furniture solutions that were warm and inviting. Elevated wood finishes, luxurious velvet textures, reflective golds and jewel tone accents set the tone.

The hospitality suite offered comfortable lounge areas, curated food and beverage experiences, and a welcoming environment where members could enjoy the best of the Las Vegas Grand Prix in relaxed luxury. It was a reflection of MGM’s signature style. Polished, elevated, and centered on guest experience.

Gordon Ramsay at F1 Garage. A Bold and Elevated Culinary Showcase

Few culinary brands carry the presence and prestige of Gordon Ramsay, and bringing that energy into an F1 race-day environment is no small task. For Gordon Ramsay at F1 Garage in Las Vegas, we set out to design a space that felt as bold and expressive as his kitchens—while still giving guests the comfort and ease they need during an adrenaline-heavy weekend.

Our approach centered on contrast and character. Texturized concrete vinyl set the tone with an industrial edge, but we softened the environment with sweeping 12-foot curved walls that guided guests through the space. Oversized natural-wood columns framed pockets of greenery, adding warmth and grounding the room amid the buzz of pit lane. High-gloss black marble tabletops carried that signature Ramsay drama, balanced by cream dining chairs that kept the palette inviting. And of course, the hint of Red made its appearance throughout—just enough to spark energy without shouting for attention.

One of the standout features this season was the Pitstop Pantry, a custom simulator lounge that let guests challenge each other between track moments. It added a playful, unexpected layer to the hospitality experience and quickly became a guest favorite.

The bar was another hero. Designed as a sweeping S-curve, it created a natural stage where chefs and mixologists became part of the show. Guests gathered shoulder-to-shoulder, engaging directly with the culinary team, turning the bar into the beating heart of the garage.

In Las Vegas, everything feels a little bigger, a little louder, and a little more electric, and that backdrop elevated the entire experience. This garage wasn’t just a place to eat or relax; it became an immersive blend of Gordon Ramsay’s culinary world and the adrenaline of F1 for an atmosphere that this race weekend demands. A space designed to be remembered long after the checkered flag dropped.

Papi Steak. A Space Filled with Glamour, Shimmer, and Vegas Energy

Papi Steak is known for opulence, indulgence, and high style energy. Their Las Vegas Grand Prix presence needed to be a showpiece. Something that captured the glitter and glam of the city while staying true to the bold personality of the Papi himself.

Blueprint Studios created a space that felt radiant from the moment guests entered. Reflective textures, sparkling accents, signature floral patterns, rich materials, and high contrast detail brought the Papi Steak identity to life. The environment embodied celebration and extravagance, with every design choice amplifying the glittering spirit of Las Vegas.

Lighting played a significant role in shaping the experience, but the true showstopper was the grand central chandelier we custom-fabricated for the space, a sweeping gold structure adorned with more than 1,000 cascading crystal spheres. This dramatic installation anchored the room, catching light from every angle and setting the tone the moment guests walked in.

Around it, glowing surfaces, illuminated accents, and shimmering highlights created a dynamic atmosphere that shifted with movement and music. The result was a world of pure indulgence—bold, vibrant, and unmistakably Papi Steak. The Papi Steak Garage quickly became one of the most talked-about visual moments of the weekend.

Turn 3 Club. Elevated Comfort and Prime Racing Views

Turn 3 Club is designed for guests who want a premium hospitality experience with outstanding track views. We approached this space with a focus on comfort and atmosphere. The design needed to support long hours of excitement with areas for gathering, relaxing, eating and taking in the race.

The result was a spacious environment with tailored lounge areas, dynamic lighting, premium materials, and a layout created for effortless guest flow. The space allowed guests to experience the thrill of the track and the comfort of a luxury lounge environment at the same time.

Turn 3 Club blended hospitality, entertainment, and practicality to create a location where guests could enjoy the race in style without missing a moment of the action.

SkyBox. Premium Sight Lines with a Complete Hospitality Experience

Set above the main Grand Stands and Starting Line, The Skybox delivered an exclusive view, so the design had to meet the moment with an equally elevated feel.

The Blueprint Studios design team crafted a communal hospitality suite that struck a thoughtful balance between comfort and style. Clean lines, refined textures, a hint of glam, and warm lighting created an atmosphere of private luxury, while still keeping guests connected to the pulse of the track below.

The Skybox was designed with clear intention. Seating arrangements encouraged conversation, bar areas invited social interaction, and every finish was selected to meet the expectations of VIP guests without feeling over-styled or out of place.

The result was a hospitality space that felt exclusive, modern, and refined, delivering comfort and ease even in the most high-energy race moments.

The Impact of Design at the Las Vegas Grand Prix

The Las Vegas Grand Prix provides a rare opportunity to combine luxury hospitality with the spectacle of world class racing. Guests want comfort, excitement, and a personal connection to the sport that they love. Design becomes the medium that shapes all three.

The Blueprint Studios design team approached the event with a commitment to elevate every detail, ensuring each space supported the guest experience while amplifying the excitement of the race. From shimmering glamour to intimate lounges to high energy culinary experiences, the design language changed from space to space, but the underlying purpose remained the same: create environments that immerse guests in the moment. Create stories that unfold through texture, lighting, color, and layout. Create spaces that are remembered long after race week ends.
