Introduction

For Verkada's Holiday Party, we brought this vision to life with an extraordinary concept: "Around the World." This immersive Corporate Event celebrated diversity through breathtaking event design, uniting global traditions, art, and cuisine—all under one roof. Every detail reflected Verkada's commitment to embracing cultural variety, community, and excellence, creating an unforgettable experience for every attendee.

A Multicultural Celebration


The "Around the World" theme transformed the venue into a dynamic setting showcasing culture, community, and creativity. Stunning decorations welcomed guests, each area highlighting a unique destination for a global journey. The event celebrated world diversity from Rio's festive streets to Kyoto's serene landscapes. While Attendees explored an Italian piazza with authentic cuisine, experiential activations included workshops on traditional crafts and culinary stations offered global flavors. Live performances featured cultural expressions through dance, music, and storytelling. The theme fostered community, celebrating diverse cultures and leaving a lasting impression of the beauty of diversity.

Spain: A Taste of Tradition


Guests began their journey in Spain, enveloped in the charm of flamenco music, enchanting performances, and a warm, festive atmosphere. Authentic Spanish decor and furniture—from rustic wood accents to Mediterranean-inspired designs—created a backdrop that invited guests to savor traditional tapas and sip on rich, full-bodied wines. Every detail exuded the lively, passionate spirit of Spanish culture, seamlessly blending event design with experiential storytelling.

Brazil: Carnival Comes to Life


Next stop: Brazil, where the energy of Carnival took center stage. Bold, colorful furniture and decor reflected the vibrancy of Rio's streets, with feathered accents and tropical patterns adding a playful touch. Guests enjoyed authentic Brazilian street food, paired with refreshing caipirinhas. The lively samba beats and dazzling visual elements captured the essence of Brazil's world-famous festival, turning this activation into a sensory masterpiece.

Germany: A Bavarian Escape


From Brazil, attendees ventured into the heart of Munich for an Oktoberfest-inspired experience. Traditional beer garden tables and benches set the stage for an authentic Bavarian celebration, complemented by themed decor reminiscent of lederhosen and dirndls. Guests raised steins of craft beer and dined on hearty Bavarian fare, enjoying a sense of camaraderie that embodied the spirit of Germany’s beloved festival. This immersive activation brought Bavaria’s rich traditions to life.

The journey continued to Japan, where tradition and innovation merged seamlessly. Sleek, minimalist furniture and vibrant neon accents evoked the eclectic spirit of Tokyo, while traditional tatami-style seating provided an intimate space for guests to enjoy sushi, sake, and Japanese-inspired cocktails. Thoughtful event design captured the balance of serenity and dynamism unique to Japanese culture, ensuring a truly memorable activation.

Africa: A Safari Adventure


The final destination brought guests to the heart of the African savannah, where they were immersed in the wild beauty of the continent. Rustic, handcrafted furniture and earthy, animal-print accents reflected the untamed elegance of African landscapes. Guests indulged in dishes inspired by the region’s bold, rich flavors, surrounded by a safari-themed setting that brought the majesty of the savannah to life. This activation transported attendees to a world of adventure and wonder.

Interactive Experiences, creating memories at Corporate Events


To enhance the "Around the World" journey, we introduced interactive experiential activations that engaged guests at every turn:


  • Cultural Ambassadors: Staff dressed in traditional attire from each region guided guests through the experiences, sharing the cultural significance of the decorations, food, and activities.

  • Passport Program: Each guest received a "passport" upon entry, which they could get stamped at each destination. Those who collected all stamps were rewarded with a special prize, encouraging exploration and participation.
